I’m a true millennial in every sense of the word. I’m still waiting for *NSYNC to go on tour. I love Jesus, serving and laughing loudly. I collect journals, save thousands of quotes each month and make time for myself every single day.

With a background in social work, spunky personality and a deep love for storytelling, Ashley creates spaces where folks can reflect, process life’s twists and turns, and step fully into who they’ve always been meant to be. Through her journaling workshops, community events, and The Journaling Circle—her journaling-based social club—She's on a mission to make self-expression and emotional wellness more accessible.
